Sorry for your loss, and I think it is awsome what you are doing. I am returning home to Manitoba next weekend!! I also have a 68 Barracuda, hope to see you crusing the 'peg!!!!!

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your son. What you are doing with the car in his memory is very cool!

Fibreglass on the floorboards huh? I would have never though of this but it makes a lot of sense. Would cut down on heat, noise etc and bond to the metal very well!

Hi, I'm from Winnipeg too. I also own a '68 Barracuda. I got it new in '68 and couldn't bring myself to sell it. I've seen your son's car in the Free Press and in the news. I hope you get all the help you need and finish the 'Cuda in your son's memory. If you have any questions about the '68 Barracudas, please contact me at [email protected]. Best regards, Mike

Hey Mike you will have to join us for the next Winnipeg FABO cruise. Hopefully in a couple of weeks.

UPDATE: Well, since I last posted, we were approached by a production company that was attempting to sell its stuff to a well known TV Channel. They made all kinds of promises, but when I contacted them, they would not return calls or e-mails. We have cut them loose.
We're going to engage a local body shop to finish the body work off. I hope to have pictures up when it starts.
Thanks for your patience!

:sad10:Hello and sorry for the tardiness of this. We have started her up and its going OK. We are going to drop the engine and tranny in her next week. Its been a tough go. We really lost time when that production lot screwed us over.

Sorry to here about your son, what a great way to honor him . Cheers.

Here are some pics

All in!!:glasses7:

The last picture with the little plastic soldier needs explanation. He has been with the car for two years and no one has walked away with him. He is a good luck charm, but sometimes he sleeps on the job!!!
