I have a nice hood for a 1969 Barracuda. $150.00. I live in Sacramento,

Is that a spotted delta webbed foot toad?
if so you may never be able to sell that hood, are anything that
any other of them maybe living under.

It looks like there is a crease at the left corner near the back of the hood, can you confirm?

It's a
high spot, rather than a crease. It's minor, and easily repaired. The
rest of the hood is nice. It loos like somebody sprayed undercoat on
the back side and did a good job of preserving the paint. The surface wasn't sanded and an air blower would remove it.
