5.9 Magnum 4 speed afficionado
couple issues that I got fixed.
The first issues was the volt gauge not working. i had used the radio connector for the gauge lights and volt gauge keyed power. hooked them up backwards (found out by driving at night. magically started working with the headlights on. simple fix. swapped the wires around in the connector.
other problem was the fuel gauge not working.
tracked it down to the gauge not getting power. tested the gauge with the cluster out. everything was good. turns out I had the connector upside down. (not sure how it was even possible because two of the pins are spaced out)
Only thing that I'm just going to live with for the summer is the a833 doesn't like to down shift into second. it will go if you try and put it into 1st and quickly grab second.
weld in the floor hump and install the carpet is all that's left.
