1969 Swinger 340 Registry...

If all you have is the VIN (and the car of course), how can you tell if it is a GTS? I don't have a fender tag or build sheet, and the car has been painted at least 3 times.

Originally 340 auto on column,8 3/4 with 3.23 gear,PS,Power drum brakes and bench seat

Now 340 +30-,11-1 auto on floor,narrowed 8 3/4 with 430 zoom gears,PS,manual brakes ,74 dart disc front with magnum force tubular upper control arms.Rear brakes are 11 in drum off a 70 cornet

Original engine was gone when I got it and I put in a 1969 340 block with 71 340 J 2:02 heads,soon to be replaced with ported edelbrock alum heads,just waiting to have the time

There was a guy on Moparts selling what was left of a '69 Swinger 340. I'm not sure if I have the VIN. I'll try to forward his info to you when I find it.
