Documentation:
Fender Tag
Build Sheet
Original Sales Sheet
Folder full of all labor and parts receipts.

Location:
Janesville, Wisconsin 53548

Car:
1970 Dodge Dart Swinger

Engine:
Numbers match 318.
Engine is bored and stroked to 390.
Scat 4.00 Crank
Dished Keith Black Pistons
Reconditioned 340 Rods
340 J Heads with 2.02 & 1.60 Valves
Comp Cams XE268 Camshaft
1.6 Crane Roller Rockers
Edelbrock Performer intake
Holley Street Avenger Carb
2,300 miles on rebuild
New fan shroud
Brand new Doug's headers
Engine pulled, sealed, cleaned, painted, and detailed
I have noticed no visible leaks from the engine at this time

Transmission:
904 Rebuild with receipts.
Shifts smooth and works great.
Column shift
It has developed a LEAK coming from the inspection cover. It is not major but enough that I think it should be fixed.

Rear End:
A-body 8 3/4
3:23 Sure Grip
Small Bolt Pattern

Brakes:
Front Disc's (Originally 10 inch drums) Period Correct
Rear Drums

Steering:
Power Steering
Steer and Gear Stage ll box
Steering coupler cleaned and new seal and cover installed
I would suggest new boots on all the steering systems as they are worn, ripped and needing replacement

Suspension:
Front and rear sway bars
Updated ADCO front and rear
I noticed the previous owner installed new links, but one BUSHING is missing from the bar
I turned the front bars up now so you can actually get a jack under the front of the car
Previous owner had them cranked all the way down so it looked jacked up in the back

Air Conditioning:
Non a/c car
OEM parts used to install
Classic Auto Air refurbished all parts
Updated Compressor
This was discharged while the engine was removed. I have not recharged the system
I noticed some leak detection die on the compressor when I removed it (most 134A that I know of already has the die in it)
There is a possibility there is a leak but it was FULLY charged when I evacuated it

Body:
Very clean with only a few minor blemishes
Entire car was flat sanded with 1500, 3000, 5000 buffed glazed and polished (Looks like a mirror)
Rear tail stripe added (Not OEM)
Hood Scoops added (Not OEM) A few of the studs are missing and need to be replaced with correct hardware
There is no rust on this car at all. The body and paint has a few minor imperfections but over all looks great now that it has been corrected.
The trunk interior was undercoated instead of painted. (only thing I dislike about the body and paint work on the car)

Chrome:
All chrome looks good. (Not perfect but shows very well)

Interior:
Black interior
Carpet good, headliner good (has some light stains in the sail panel area) rear seat good, package tray good, front seat good and was from a 73 Scamp
The car has a nice set of aftermarket gauges
The interior and dash were changed by the previous owner to use the ac controls

Cooling:
Factory radiator
Factor Fan
I installed a new 180* thermostat and she stays at 180* no problem at idle
New fan shroud installed

The fuel gauge is not accurate but does work. I just keep the tank fairly full and have no issues with it.

The car seems very reliable, runs drives and handles great. Hop in and enjoy it.

I have an entire BOOK of receipts for this car including the original sales slip, build sheet (very fragile but complete) and fender tag.

The car also comes with a nice locking car cover.

Please PM me with any questions on the car.

I will assist in anyway with shipping the car if you choose.

I will hold the car with a non refundable deposit if you decide to have it shipped or can't come get the car for awhile.

Price for the car is $25,000

This price is the absolute bottom dollar on this car. I have close to $35,000 invested in it now and I won't go any lower.

The car is NOT perfect.. it needs a few things here and there but I am burned out on the car, I have ZERO interest in working on it any further.

The car needs a new home where someone can correct any small issues it has and enjoy it.

I will in a few days. I pulled the transmission last night to fix the leak. After that is done if there are no buyers it's going to a classic car dealer to be sold.

I will do a better video waking around the car later. It's been high 90s all week and over 105 in the paint booth. I'm tired and ready for some rest!

Also, I had a "buyer" coming this Saturday but has flaked out like I suspected. I have submitted the car to the Volo auto museum for a consignment sale. Once they get back to me the car will be going to them for sale.
