Are there any complete disk brake conversion kits that allows the use of the factory 14” 5 on 4 BP rally wheels?

I had a Scarebird system on my dart with the 14" Rally Wheels for several years. Fine set up, looks like they have decided to end production all together, plus side is the only they provided was the caliper brackets, everything else is off the shelf parts. I need to get pics together and sell that set up lol.

Yes and I would go elsewhere. These are reproductions of the factory setup. Can be gotten many places.
