No...they all had the same 5 bolt pattern. Early big blocks had 4 bolt valve covers.

Sorry, never heard that before. The 273 came out in 64 and the HP 273 came out in 65. These are HP valve covers so they can't be "first year".

They are definately not 67, the pcv base was not that big for 67's.
