Did the 273 HP Commando motor in 1965 have a windage tray?

What he said BUT with the proper main bearing cap bolts, one can be added. Got one installed on the 273/235 motor I'm building for my 65 Barracuda.

I put a Mopar Performance one on my 273 when I rebuilt it. Like Dartman said, the kit comes with new main cap bolts that are internally threaded for the tray bolts. Picture #2 shows the special main cap bolts.
