"2227" - meaning 222nd day of 1967?? Left (drivers) side, rear dump.

I dont know how there can be a maybe. The difference is in the car itself.
If you have a 67 model car the exhaust manifolds from 67 or even from a 68 318 would work. If you have early A ( before 67 ) you will need those earlier exhaust manifolds. Hope this helps

I'm looking for an exhaust manifold for a '65 Dodge window van, casting #2465769. It is a center dump for left and right sides. I need the one without the heat control valve.
