Looks same as mine 66-67 273
That will interesting if you can find out any info based on the casting numbers. Here's a water pump that was thrown in with my short block, will try to look up numbers and figure out what it is.
That always sucks. I must have at least 3 aluminum LA ones on the shelf that failed in one way or another. I returned at least two A1 Cardone rebuilds one year. Well not quite, one never made off the parts store counter. LOL. Currently using Edelbrock's - nicely made, but required a little grinding to because of contact interference. I got so leary of rebuilt water pumps I was looking at sending my jeep'Had to dig, but here is original and new one I put on in 2016. FYI, alt bracket bosses and pwr steering bosses were just off enough on the new one to be aggravating! Also an additional hole on new one.
For sure don't use the later aluminum water pump. I did in my 1965 Dart 273. My mistake was because I could only get a radiator for a 1972 at Autozone and the alum pump had its lower (inlet) port on the correct side and was 1/2 the price of the correct cast-iron pump. I was a newby then and not using ebay. The alum w.p. is 1" thicker, which required changing all the pulleys, and no brackets for my TRW p.s. pump (had to change to Federal p.s.), plus it moved the fan too close to the radiator to use a clutch-fan.I want a Mopar radiator in my car, also don't want an aluminum. I'll check into the milodon.
