28 inch tires

I have a 70 Dart and was wondering if a 28 inch tire will fit without having to modify the front wheel well (one closests to door) it seems close to me is all and im not into cutting the quarters up Thanks

28 inch Outside diameter>??

I would hope you don't want to run some Loader off road tires, LOL.

Its going to be close take a tape measure to it, measure from center of axle 14" to point your worried about. I have run a 27" tire no Problem on 68 Dart.

You could always shim the front leaf spring brackets with a spacer and longer studs to move the axle centerline back a bit

I test fit a 27560R15 on my brother's '70 Dart with no problems but he does have Super Stock springs.
