Hello, these heads came off a rebuilt motor that sat for a long time before I bought it

these are off a 1989 dodge ram 360- with roller lifters/cam and early fuel injection - TBI
Heads part # 4448308 (308 heads)
Great swirl port LA Heads, very hard to find, 1989-91 years only, intake (1.88) and exhaust (1.6)

I believe the chamber is 73cc

These heads are designed for roller lifters with enlarged pushrod holes

$300 or best offer plus shipping. I do live near a Fastenals or local pickup

I have some other 360 parts - lifters/cam/pushrods, truck oil system etc

I am interested, I have a pair of 308 heads and one head has a crack between the valve seats. How do yours look there? I can probably drive down this weekend. PM sent.

These would work with hydraulic lifters. The springs are probably stiffer and might need thicker push rods

The 308 heads were used with a roller cam in the pre Magnum Motors in the late 80s early 90s. They had a special length pushrods but the heads oiled through the block through the rocker arm shafts. Just like an LA block. Because these are La heads.

Ok if they will work on my 360 LA block with my existing cam and lifters, I'm very interested. Thank you for the responses and sorry for all the questions. I used to know this stuff but, it's been about 10yrs since I messed with this stuff, so I forgot what works with what, etc.,

Roller cam & lifters are different from hydraulic flat tappet cams. You cant mix and match them. Just won't work.
