I am not new to the mopar hobby, but I am new to the world of A-Bodies. I recently bought a '73 Dart Sport with a 225 6cyl. I plan to swap the engine over to a small block. When I was looking at the conversion motor mounts, apparently there is a difference between the 318 mount and the 360 mounts. I haven't quite decided which engine I will go with, but what is externally different about the 318 a the 360? Thanks for the help.

The motor mount lugs on the driver's side of the block are closer together on a 360 which requires a narrower mount bracket.

If you get the 318 brackets and decided to upgrade toa 360 later, you'll just need a tube or a stack of washers to make up the difference.

Perfect. That is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for your help. I love this new-found site. Lots of great info. I know B-bodies from top to bottom, inside out.... This site will help me along the way.
