That TQ fuel mod should work. Good thinking.
What did you do on the top side of the TQ?
 
I haven't put the extra fuel in the top of the TQ yet, All i have done is block every extra Vac port except for what i needed , im out to 175" secondary's , i also needed to block the secondary's HSAB's , also reduced the Air Door opening a tad ,Front is all stock.
Carb is originally from Aust Delivered 351 Cleveland which seems very similar to pre 75 USA TQ,s . 6 valve Mech fuel pump (big spring out )Boost Referenced and recently Boost activated Carter Elec push pump (Though not Needed) 1/2 line . Next I will machine the base plate Holley style to prevent fuel spraying out Throttle shafts and i might need to install a marine AFB accel plunger to seal the top .

Thanks Turbo poly, what size fuel line is to the TQ pictured there?
Did you drill out the main fuel feed (where the fuel line screws into) larger? Or the feed lines to the needle and seat larger?
Oh! What is the carbs number?

Line is 5/16 yes i have also drilled out those , once i change the cam and heads , i expect / hope it will be looking for more fuel ...
