340 intake manifold choices

Looking to make a few changes to my 340. Slightly different cam (not sure yet what type). 1500 to 6000 rpm roller probably. Wondering what the current thought on Intakes is? Stock bottom end, Eddy heads, headers and currently Fast EFI. Currently have a Professional Air-Gap intake, Eddy Air-Gap knock off. Thinking of going with a single-plane with the EFI, but wondering if anything is better. Just in my street cruiser, 2500 rpm at 65 mph with the G/V on. Automatic with 3.90 gears. Thanks
 

I'd stick with the dual plane, your in it's rpm sweet spot, if you were drag racing regularly and shifting 6,500 rpm plus I'd start think about it.
