I also have 68-72 340 and 68-72 318 k members There is a difference between the two. 340's have extra bracing at the lower control arm area. Actually all a-bodies with a factory stabilizer bars have the extra bracing welded on. This can be easily duplicated on all.

A way to easily tell is by looking for the washer welded on the front. If it has the washer it came with a stabilizer.

All of them that I have came with the washer. If you all need a pic of the difference I can post them. But they are different. I believe Cudas all came with stabilizers. Could be a performance application. I never had a cuda without a 340 or 383. Or for that matter any cars besides 340 or big block with a stabilizer. The K's may be reinforced for the heavier T bars which usually came with stabilizer option standard.

What I do know 340 K's had the reinforced horseshoe around the back side. And they all had the washer.
