Is there a problem putting a regular 340 roller rocker assembly on a factory 1970 340 six pack stock engine.

So the pushrods will contact the ports. Trying to understand as the valve spacing is the same and the block is the same. I read the side of the ports were roughly ground for the pushrods to clear the ports. Cheers

T/A and W-2 are the same. The intake rocker is offset to line up with the relocated pushrod holes in the head. So if you have T/A heads your rockers should be offset. Like the top set in the picture. In that case you would need W-2 style rockers. The reason they offset the pushrods was to allow the intake ports to be opened up

W-2 and T/A rockers have different offset amounts. T/A is offset .5" and W-2 is .775", not interchangeable.
