Okay I have a 360 la motor with the 4 banger edelbrock carb with a 1 spacer I javelin cables for throttle and kickdown on its way . So my question is I need fuel lines and water lines and I've never worked on a mopar or chrysler I'm new to the whole resto down to the bones. I'm wanting to know where each and every hole on motor goes to I'm sure about some but not the others. First time ever doing a full restoration. I'll take any advice or pictures also . God bless BTW its a 360 la 904 tranny its out of a b100 dodge van just some photos for the help also where do these chrome parts go .

chrome parts are alternator bracket as well as that triangle piece. Looks like a Dodge motor into an Early single pot A chassis. Bosses between carb and distributor are for a coil mount. Small plate goes in driver door between the hinges and the larger plate goes on driver side inner fender. That cable looks to be an E-brake end. 392 pan is for '76-up F, J and M body car. Looks like it may have the right dent for the early A idler arm. Nice swap, youll need a 68 or newer trans and the right manifolds for the early A as those old '65 ish ones are smaller at the ports.

Other than the AMC car I was thinking javelin as in OMC out drive on a boat?

What’s chrome in the pictures?
Belownallears to be a e-brake cable.

This is the Alternator bracket that works with the triangle-ish shape part. I don’t have the same triangle part, but this is my set up below. That “other” alternator bracket is a GM part.

Below is the stock fuel pump and a re-pop fuel line. There a 5/16 sized line that will end with a typical replacement fuel filter. From there, a metal line will connect the filter to the carb. A stock fuel filter to carb metal line will fit since Chryslers used Carter carbs, they will fit the Edelbrock easy. If your not doing a restoration, or like thing, Edelbrock has there own fuel line.

As far as water lines go, go to your heater core connections on the fire wall. Find out there size and get the proper size fitting for the intake manifold. That can be a smaller size than the feed line that comes off the water pump. The other heater hose comes off of the water pump. I noticed your thermostat housing. The older version seen below. It is much more commonly used. You may have to cut down that housing you have. The thermostat housing do not swap over from early to late intake manifolds.

There is a small hose that connects the intake manifold to the water pump. These are readily available. MoPar even has these new. You can get them at Manciniracing.com. But do beware there is a smaller version used on the older engines. Above is a 1 inch hose. The manifold fitting should be large in size. Thanks f you have the smaller one, you have to get the right hose or the right fitting.
