4 screws, 2 short, and 2 long ones for my steering collar

I’m trying to reinstall my steering column after I replaced the turn signal switch. My car is a 1966 Barracuda. I didn’t remove the column from the car, just loosened it to drop it down some. I removed the collar to get the turn signal wires fished in. 4 screws were holding the collar and I didn’t pay attention to them when I took them out. I have 2 short screws and 2 long ones, I have no idea where they go on the collar. Can anyone help me out?

Thought I best put this mystery to bed. I find it amazing that absolutely nobody knows about these screws! I got it figured out though!

The two short screws goes on the right side of the collar, and the two long screws goes on the left side of the collar.
