[WANTED] 400 B block, or complete engine

I will soon be in search of a 400 B block, or complete engine. I plan to build a 500 inch stroker so a block is really all I need. I would buy the entire engine if the price is right, and it's my only option. I am just trying to keep in touch with someone through the site since I am currently not a gold member about buying their engine soon. I am not trying to waste anyone's time I am just getting my ducks in a row.

I have a 1975 model 400 block I will sell you. I'm pretty sure it's a good block. I was going to use it myself 6-7 years ago, has always been kept inside, It's pretty clean also. $50. But I'm in S.E.Pa. You'll have to come and get it if your interested. Let me know.

I live in Illinois, and have a friend who lives out your way. I can have him buy it for me. Can you post a picture, or two? Does it cone with main caps? Has it ever been bored?

Just returned from friends garage. It is a stock bore(4.340'' measured w/calipers) main caps are in place but motor is buried buy lots of parts and a car. Will take time & effort to get it out. Can't even get decent pix. It is all that I say it is. I will dig it out if you still want it for $50. Let me know.(Friend also has a 440hp block, crank is out but pistons & rods are stuck in block, it's out of a 69 Super Bee)
