400 in 72 duster??

Hey guys i have a 72 duster with a 318 in it right now and i was just wondering what all i would have to do to put a 400 in it? I was planning on beefing up the front end if i do go with it but the main things are will i need to cut the inner fenders to clear headers or do they make headers that fit with out doing that? And what kind of K-frame would i need to do this? Obviously i could probably just swap mounts but i want to build the 400 possibly with a 440 crank and put out a pretty good amount of power. Any help is greatly appreciated guys!!

They make headers that will fit without cutting inner fenders, and you don't have to change the K frame, the same company makes mounts for this swap. Start reading up on all kinds of options in the Big Block A Body tech section on this site.

u would need the schuamker mounts and headers. u can view them at engine-swaps.com u can use the tti headers as well the tti are a little more expensive tho.
