408 stroker misfiring at cruzing speed

Can't seem to find out why my stroker wants to miss slightly at cruzing speed 30 to fifty mph. Checked everything. Has Holley. 4150 750 double pumper. Msd ignition all the good stuff. Any one have any suggestions?

Unplug your Vacuum advance and see if it go's a way.

I've experienced a similar little fish bite in the drive line that I thought was misfire.
Low trans fluid was the cause.

Need more info. Jetting on the carb? Power valve rating? Distributor manufacturer and type? Ignition timing setting and curve?
