like to build one does any one know of a 426 rotating kit for a 360 magnum block that's for sale

Don't they say anything over 416 on a stock block is to much on bottom webbing ... better chance of block fatigue ...

i was at hp machine in norwood nc and hollis(the owner operator) had a 360 block that i sold last year and somehow(bloomer..like post #2)it's now a 440 ci small block....bad ***!

oh yeah, btw it's going in a 66 valiant wagon too.

Yeah that one is mine.

That will be 4 strokers under one roof (517B (400), 414LA (340), 427SBF (351W) and this new 440 (360).

My buddy's ask me "why do you build such big motors?" I reply (a la Sean Connery in Goldfinger) " I have a slight inferiority complex!"

Hollis is awesome to work with, I've loved building my own stuff for years and years but from day one Hollis is just so cool I just say "go for it" cause I know it'll be right. We think so much alike about Mopar stuff it's just crazy fun dreaming stuff up to build. This one's getting some 2.08" valved W2's so it's gonna be both a torque monster and still a decent RPM'er, best of both worlds.

"They" huh? Well they are going to wish they had the BPE 423/360 we are building to explain to a certain 426 Hemi that he is not King Of The Road.

And yeah, Hollis Page is a good engine builder.

I'm liking the sound of these big strokers, 440 small block would be fun.

Are there any long term reliability issues with such a large stroke?
Is RPM limited with a factory 360LA block?

I got a 440'' w2 headed small block. my crank is from Molnar with 4.125''.

I made peak hp at 6900 rpm. my block is an X block so I don't know what the factory block will take.

Ahhhh tunnel rams! I miss guys cutting holes in their hoods for that polished carb hat on top of a tunnel ram w/ 2 carbs....
