Doing this 440 big block swap, i currently have an a body regular V8 size aluminum radiator. Will i need to upgrade to a larger one like what woulda came in a charger? Current setup has absolutely no issues cooling the 360, in fact it kinda runs TOO cool, but a 440 is a lot more motor

I see 10 pages of text coming, but you'll be just fine. Bottom hose will need some RTV and a tight clamp though, as the spigot is one size smaller than a big block radiator.

That answers that for me. If its different ill just upgrade. I didnthe dance of wrong sized outlet 9 years ago on a 71 dart. Never again

It might work and it might not. Depends on how good of shape the parts are in, and how good of a mechanic you are. I'd say the smaller radiator is marginal for a big block, but if you have a good shroud on there and a good fan then it might work for a car that isn't driven too hard or too far in hot weather.
I used a C body radiator in my Duster since I was going to use a 600 hp engine. If you use a stock 440 then a smaller radiator will work.

Try it & see. While the 440 has more cubes, the engine will have less load & need less rpm than a smaller engine to move the car.

Really depends on the engine. Stock or close to it a 22" will keep it cool, stroked, hot cam, etc you'll need a bigger rad. TONS and TONS of info on this forum about this.

My philosophy is: put the biggest radiator in it that will fit between the frame rails, add a shroud and mechanical fan, and open up the core support as necessary.
28" core in my 62, 31" dually radiator in my Opel.

Yeah you'll never not benefit from running too big of a radiator.
