Wouldn't it cost about the same to turn that 400 into a 500??

Piston wise,yes. The crankshaft is sorta outta my league, though....specially when I can get a 440 crank for less than 75 bucks. It's cast, but a good balance job and it'll be good for 550 HP. More than I'll ever make with what I'm doin.
