hey guys, check out this post on the lateral-g.net website http://www.lateral-g.net/forums/showthread.php4?t=4664. this guy is the only guy i know whos did the 5.7 hemi swap and then actually taken his car to the track to see what it would do. his cuda ran in the twelves. he has only headers and a cam. the only thing i dont like about his car is he used some LS1 stuff for his hemi, but he felt the LS1 stuff was better. course he did all this LS1 stuff before the 6.1 hemi came out.

I have a friend that is putting a twin turbo 5.7 Hemi in a Dakoda. He traded some stuff for a wiring harness that a Chrysler engineer designed and it uses the LS-1 computer because it is very programable. Chrysler didn't leave many options in that area, so you do what ever you have to to make it work. As long as they don't put the LS-1 engine in the car it will be allright. Just a bunch of wires and a computer. No worse than a Ford 9" rearend.
