6.1 re-release

Still are none ordered so they cant show any at supplier being made. If there is no demand, which is what Mopar is showing right now, they will not get made. Until we get some backordered, forget about it.
 
Forgive me if this is a common knowledge question. What's the difference between a 6.1 and non-vvt 5.7 block aside from bore size?
 
Bore, and piston oil jets. Neither are deal breakers but why machine a 5.7 when, if people start ordering them, you can get a brand new block finish bored to 4.055 for $900? 370cid out of the box, killer turbo foundations IMO.
 
6.1 block is built slightly beefier than the 5.7, according to Chrysler literature I have. 6.1 is an out right hot rodder's dream Hemi for hopping up our older classics.
