Here are pics of our sun damaged Dart. The sun ate though the convertible top, then the seats. We are currently looking for a shop to have the car reupholstered. So far the price is going to be about $3500 which will include seats, dash, visors, convertible top, boot, carpet, side panels. With so many shops here you'd thing it would be less expensive. We are also looking for a paint shop.

Sounds awfully high. A few years ago, I had my seats and visors upholstered for about $700; bought a new well and boot for $300+; carpet for $200; windlace/weatherstrip was about $150, and material for the side panels was less than $100. I did the side panels and installed everything, including the top, myself. The top was around $300, so if you include the miscellaneous adhesives, clips and fasteners, I had everything done for less than $2,000.

You have a great project ahead. Check out Legendary Auto Interiors for the seats, covers, top etc. They are the best. Good luck with the project. Any pictures of the whole car?

Or you can check out Dantes he is a member here.
