Too cool
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FNAZ4cbCQoQ&feature=youtube_gdata_player"]1965 Plymouth Valiant and Barracuda Presentation - YouTube[/ame]

Thanks that was really cool! I'm pretty sure that would have been a phonograph record and a slide projector presentation.

Cool, I have a promo film covering the 67 Dodges. Which reminds me I have to find it and get it copied over to DVD before the tape glues itself together.

That's fun! Thanks for sharing that with us. tmm

Cool!
The Valiant pics were taken at Edgewater park in Detroit.
I remember it but it closed beforeI was old enough to go there.

I'd love to see the 66 version of this.

I used to have a catalog for car videos and movies(where I got the 67 Dodge promo video, before internet and dvd, they were all on vhs. It was Main Attractions. I did a little searching and haven't come up with anything, if I can find anything I will post it here.

cool video. Did the 65 4 speed car actually have that little plate showing the shift pattern? I have never seen that before I always assumed they just had an imprinted shifter ball.

Yes, at least some (and I think maybe all) '64-'65 A-bodies with 4-speed had the shifter boot lower surround extended into a plate showing the shift pattern.

Now if I could just save that to my computer.

You can; see here for instructions.

Hi Dan!
Ross Roy Productions did many Sales Representative and Service Techician training films for Chrysler. My favorite is the "Barracuda vs. Mustang" LP/filmstrip that details why the '64-'65 Barracuda is clearly superior to the Mustang.
