Is a 4 speed tranmission from a 66 formula s barracuda, the same used in the years 67-69? Found a doner car cheap, and was wondering if I can use the tranmission and pedal assembly for my 67.

Pedals wont work correctly but the transmission will with a change of the yoke as the 66 is smaller and the other is the same as a 727 yoke.

I believe that tranny may have the 3.09low in it. Swap the M/S out for a larger one,and it will survive at least 425 Hp for years.
The ratios are; 3.09-1.92-1.40-1.00

66 is the same as 67. Small rear spline yoke. Bell housing is different but snag everything and sell/swap for 68 10.5 up stuff.
