'66 Valiant Signet Bench to Bucket Seat Mounting Holes?

I pulled the bench seat out of my '66 Valiant and am installing '66 Barracuda seats. I thought the bucket seats used the bench seat mounting holes for the outboard holes but it looks like the seat interferes with the door when I do that. I'm sure someone has done this before.

So do I use the bench seat holes or do I need to drill all new holes for the bucket seats?

I do not know the answer for positive, but a 64 barracuda bucket seat floor may have the mounts for a bench seat mounting. picture shows rubber plugs closer to the door which shows location.
