It may not be the exact part you want but it is a step in the right direction and looks correct

This shows a correct OEM valve and original OEM vacuum port. This is correct for a 2-bbl. I was recently told that a 4-bbl may be different.

Chrysler used green caps from the factory in 67.

Think they are adjustable let me look for the procedures.

Looks like all the valves are the same just adjustments here are the sun procedures.

The procedure is in the Factory Service Manual, Mine is bypassed, just there for looks.

The kit posted above also includes a sticker and a couple caps to put on the carburetor idle mixture screws. Neither of thee were used in 67 from the factory.

Think that one is from 70 came with a bunch of nos parts I bought in a lot. Looks like a pain in the *** for little results.

That "might be" a retrofit kit from CA. Before I got out of the Navy (San Diego, 1974) CA was requiring that older non EPA cars be retrofitted with crap kits. Some of them were so simple, they were just "caps." You removed the vacuum advance and blocked them off, leaned down the idle and applied lime green caps. On Carter kit had an electronic controller and a thermostatic vacuum valve cut into the upper rad hose. They all involved lean idle and retarded timing......."just the thing" to finish off the valves in an older engine!!!

OP......unless you are trying for "retro correct" why do you need this junk?

Note the photo in post #3 and this photo are of the same part. My OE unit is all metal for the 3 fittings, while all the others I have seen are 2 metal and one plastic. Don't know if that was a supplier issue or a later manufacturer year or what. My dart was built Feb-1967.

Side note: the actual color of the cone is closer to posts #3 and #5 - 6

Also the mounting bracket is crimped on so it would be fairly easy to make a replacement or modify the incorrect one on E-bay

Interesting, I'll have to look at the old ones I have, not sure I have ever seen an all metal one. The one I have on my car has a 68 part number, don't recall the application.
