[WANTED] 67 A Body heater complete setup wanted

Non A/C heater wanted to buy. I’ve got an original A/C 67 Barracuda, but wanna swap it out for a non air conditioned unit. Must be a working unit. Has anyone got a decent one for sale?

Firewall is different from a/c to non a/c cars. You will have to modify yours to use a heater only box.

Yea it sounds like I’ll be putting the a/c unit back in then, just to use it as a heater in the winter. The a/c wasn’t hooked up anyway. Thanks for your input.

I'm not sure how much different the firewall is? I know from having to work under dash with ac it is a ***** from the tight quarters.
If it's an ez swap to non ac I would do it.

The main difference is the hole for the fan motor. Cutting the standard/heat only firewall for the a/c box, larger fan hole, adding holes for refrigerant lines, etc.., is easier than filling these holes back again for standard/heat only box.
Add in the difference at instrument bezel, it gets expensive to change either way.
