I'm looking for a 68/69 instrument bezel to replace the poorly modified one currently in my car. I need one that is heater only (slots instead of buttons), full width (designed for the matching glovebox panel), but cutouts/modifications in the radio section are potentially okay. Someone already cut my dash for a DIN style radio in the past, but I'm planning to make use of that to mount some A/C vents, so I would be cutting out the radio portion anyway, but would like to keep the "loop" of trim that goes around it, if that makes any sense. Here's a quick picture of what is currently in my car if that helps:

And this is more or less what I'm hoping to achieve:

So a factory faceplate that still has the radio cutouts would be fine, but I'd prefer to not cut up a good piece if someone has one that is already modified but still retains the trim loop. Doesn't need to be in amazing shape as I'd probably paint it to match what I've got in the car already, so if the chrome is not great it's not a big deal as I painted mine silver anyway.

I have a couple that have thumbwheel radio openings. I think I can get pictures tomorrow.

The heater side is more what I'm looking for since I'd be cutting the radio portion out for the most part.

there’s a few of what you are looking for on ebay , new reproductions. they aren’t cheap! lol

Yeah, that was one reason I was trying to find a used one, especially since I planned to cut it up some. Hate to start with a brand new one since the rest of my pieces are already on the more "used" side of appearance.

The one on the left is basically what I'm looking for. I'd like to keep the full strip of silver around where the radio goes, even though I plan to cut the center out of it, which is why I was hoping someone out there might have one that was already cut up some so I didn't have to do it to a complete part. But seems like that's not super likely, and they appear to be remaking these, so it's not the worst thing in the world to cut up a good one I guess.
