68 barracuda stripes

I have a 68 barracuda notchback, paint code LL-1 surf turquoise. Can anyone tell me how to determine from the fender tag or the broadcast sheet if it originally came with the white stripes at the bottom I see in many photos of them.

your fender tag will have a 3 digit code that will start with a "v"
