69 swinger bench seat falls apart?

Hey everyone. I put the bench seats back in my 69 swinger and I am a little confused. I'm not sure what holds the backs from sliding sideways and falling off the pins. I don't have any signs of a bolt or pin to hold it in place. As soon as u put any sideways force on the back it falls off.

The pin is missing a push nut.. Autozone and the like sell an assortment of these in the Help section

Your better off drilling it and use a washer and cotter pin. The factory style push lock never held up that well.
