70 duster exhaust manifold

I recently put a 318 in my 1970 Duster. I got a set of 318 exhaust manifolds out of a B body from a friend, the right side went in fine,but the left side is giving me trouble. What I want to know is, are all the 318 manifold the same? Or is there a difference between the a body and b body?

b body is different. You need to find a driver side A Body manifold.
