Hey guys, so this is what i have: 70 duster stock slant 6 car that is now getting the following parts:
71 340 K-member with 360 and high capacity Milodon oil pan
11.75" power disc brake upgrade
73+ A-body BBJ spindles
STOCK 70' LCA's with reinforcement plates
MagnumForce tubular UCA's

My question is with the center link, strut rods, and large 11/16" C-body tie rod ends.....First, do i need a 72 or earlier V8 center link (drag link)? Next, can i use adjustable strut rods and C-body tie rod ends with the above setup? Just trying to eliminate any troubles i may run into.....Thanks! -Dan:finga:

so just need to know....do i need a V8 center link (drag link) when converting my slant six over to a small block? and are all years the same?

I did the same swap and my six centerlink was good to go. I think it's just the early years you have trouble with like 66/67 on down.

dusterny thanks for the tip! PS, nice duster what color is that? Anybody out there do the C-body tie-rod end conversion and did you run into any kind of trouble?
