72 340 exhuast manifold heat stove

Are those differents between 318 and 340 exhuast manifold attach to get hot air to air cleaner I am pretty sure it not the same design between of two.

I had a set of 73 318 & 340 left side, both had the provisions for the attachments of the heat riser.
