I have a 72 dart swinger I have been getting ready for Bloomsburg nationals this weekend, I just had my wife tell me I have no brake lights, tried the 4 ways, I have no 4 ways, but I have tail lights and turn signals. I have been reading different forum posts on the same problem but have not found the answer for my problem. I changed out the fuse to be sure it wasn't defective, checking voltage at either end of the fuse is showing little to no juice ??

Go to MyMopar and download a free copy of the shop manual and the aftermarket wiring diagrams. Some of those manuals there came from the guys right here.

First thing to do is access the stop light switch, which has two wires. one of them should be hot all the time. If so, (I believe it's white) goes from the switch into the column turn signal connector. This is what feeds brake light power INTO the TS switch, and that switch routes the brake power to the lights. So press the pedal, see if you have power on that wire. if so, and the turn signals work, the problem lies in the TS switch. Wiggle/ work the hazard switch, as it can be the problem.

Years ago, I "fixed" two cars, one of them my own 70RR by disabling the hazard switch (cut off the knob) and re-routing a couple-three wires in the switch. Don't ask me, this was in the 70's. The point is right in that section of the switch can cause trouble.

In that case bactrack to the fuse panel. Somewhere in the shop manual before the start of the diagrams, is a list of what each fuse services

The fuse box has short segments of buss bar inside. A wire coming from a weld splice in the harness feeds one of those bars. There are 2 or 3 fuses on it, side by side. Dome, brake, hazard, lighter, everything that should be hot at all times.
Some have found crusty fuse clips to be the problem. Others have found a wire pulled off of a buss bars terminal in backside of fuse box. That can happen during harness handling.
In a very few cases the weld splice had came apart.
