73 Duster 40k miles

I am selling almost all my vehicles; life has taken over and the wind is out of my sails.

1973 Duster 225 3 spd. 39,782 miles. Runs, Drives, stops good. Body does have a few flaws. $4200 Car now has a Grant wheel, original included.

I actually like that color, it's very nice and you don't generally see that color often. Cream/beige and white dusters are neat to see. Quarter panel behind the door looks like it's bondo'd?

Thats one of the blemishes; the PO had done a repair due to a dent. As he told me "I am not a body guy!" The repair needs to be done correctly.

I have it advertised in several places but no one is calling. I also have other vehicles for sale and am not receiving calls on them either.

My neighbors business stopped completely this year also; so I guess the economy is actually Tanking now! Who would have thought it could get any worse? :banghead:


I may have to sell my Grand Cherokee and turn this Duster into a daily driver....

I took some more pics a few months ago; later tonight I will post them or provide a link to them.

If it doesn't move by Feb I will have to repair the dent and probably re paint under side of the car. Surface rust starting underneath.

If you still have the duster for sale, I might know someone. I'll check with them and get back with you. I noticed you haven't been on in a couple of weeks, but just let me know. Also, you're right in my backyard (well, 70 miles or so), so meeting up wouldn't be that big of an issue.

I still have it. I just put a 2brrl on it yesterday and it was great getting it out. I will have it out again today and this weekend. A bit of surface rust showed up sitting this past winter.

It (3 speed manual) now has a lot more pep with the 2 brrl; more than my automatic with the same 2 brrl.

It was Great driving it yesterday! :blob:
