Thanks for the help..went out and put bfg with 225 60 15 and 4 1/4 bs on and the clearance on the front corner was 1/8 of an inch..way not enough,so we went down 215 60 15 and ended up with about a half inch of clearance..at the rear,we put 255 60 15 0n 4.1/2 backspace and have lots of room..made a big diff in looks and stance...looks nice...tx again j
I have on my 73 Duster 225-70-15 on the front and 275-60-15 on the back
On Factory 15x7 aluminium wheels with a 4 1/4 backspace and 1/4 inch spacer so tire dont rub the front spring clamp. May step up to a 3/4 inch spacer to bring closer to 1/4 panel
So your rear tires you went with 255/60 on a 15x8 with 4.5 bs? Is that with a stock rear end?
Do the front and rear tires appear to stick out the same if you look down the side of the car?
