74 duster blower

hi! i have a 74 duster /6 auto a/c i just replaced the heater core and put in a fresh heater box and control's out of another 74 duster and my blower has never worked but the motor is good "i ran a jumper wire to test it" any things i should check before i just start tracing voltage this weekend .....any ideas would rock!!

Make sure power is coming out of the push botton control as well as the fan switch. Those things have a bad habit of melting down due to high current draw in the fan motor. The resistor blocks seem to hold up pretty well though. It's break out the test light time! You may want to consider running a relay system to take the load off the switches. Run a search in this section or the electrial section. There should be other threads about this issue.
