Stripped the Rear Frame Rails. Some pitting but still solid. I cut the Trunk Pan open above the Frame Rails and cleaned out the Rust and Dirt from the inside rear most parts of the Rear Frame Rails to about where the Bumper Shocks Mount. I'm going to have to fix the Hole where the Bumper Shock mounts to the Frame on the Passenger Side.
Been working on the lower left side of the Firewall. Very soft metal and heavy pitting just above the Firewall lip. I had to put a filler piece just above where the Floor is mounted to the Firewall and then Weld the Patch in. I use those Panel Holders to Hold the Patch and shape it as I went. Had to use some small filler pieces where the Panel Holders kept the Panel in Place. Not sure if I did something wrong but those Panel Holders left larger gaps than what I would have liked. I tried Magnets but couldn't get them to stay properly. The Patch came out ok. I thought about redoing it but the gaps are filled in and penetration is good so I think I will leave it. I will use Metal Filler to smooth everything out at a later Date. It was difficult to get my Fat Head under the Dash Frame with the Helmet on. Sorry about the bad pictures. My Camera is not the greatest.
I'm repairing the rocker panels and straightening the bottom of them out. I'm not sure if these are drain holes since the bottom of the rockers have been mangled
