Found your combo. That’s really impressive. I’m running 6.60s in the 1/8th with a similar magnum combo but with a turbo and it gets plenty of street time. 5.9s can b potent and affordable.

thanks fella's yes i run at lapeer and milan. just a little 200 shot with n2o.
be working on getting consistent times. minor changes over winter
obviously not fastest duster on site but for what is in it,im very happy.
very soft 60' (same as last year and year before) mph is tad slower but thats ok.
just having fun saving up some cash so i can compete with grudge/no prep crowd hopefully! mopar powered of course!

weather was cool and damp as usual. had a good car count.
valiants hopefully milan will open soon and im sure ill see you there. are you going to run the heads up series? 9secrr i use a nx controller set at 20% then full on at 1 sec. seems to be best setting

since Milan is back open, went this past Saturday for fun(tnt)
heat off the day went 9.80
first pass 9.88
only had time for 2 hits. family is visiting so ill post video later

That’s awesome ! I have been running a 5.9 Magnum short block with W2 heads for years , went 10.70s with a basically stock bottom end , 10.40s with same block and better bottom end all with a 590 lift cam , it now runs 10.80s at 9.5 to 1 compression on pump gas with a stroker kit at 410 cubic inches

my duster is very streetable if you like driving around with no ac.

Magnums are good motors I have a 5.2 in my 92 D150 runs low 15s with a 14.98 best
