Their sketch artist didn't show adjust block at lower rod.

That first scetch is of early A design, the trans rod did not have an adjustment block the adjustment was done at the lever on the bottom of the vertical torque shaft

Yep two different ways to do the same thing..... Notice the difference in the upper pivot shaft bushing and bracket as well...
