My Duster is a '73, and to be honest, I never really liked the style of the '73-74 Duster grilles, so with the car apart right now due to the recently painted black paint job, I felt that now was the time to do something about it. Sure, converting to a sharktooth grille would have been the ultimate option, but I had too much time invested into my fiberglass hood to just chuck it into the trash heap. So, I opted for the newer year Duster grille, but giving it a different paint treatment. One thing I donn't like about the newer grille is that Plymouth emblem in the middle of it, so I designed a HEMI emblem deal in there.
The emblem I used is one from a '69 HEMI B-body, cut up into individual letters so I can stack them vertically. An old boom box gave up a part of its speaker grille for the cause.

Well, aren't you the cat's meow? What hood scoop are you going to use?
