Most county level jails are smoke free and I bet the counties of Kalifornia were the first down that path , Good on her if she sticks with it when she gets out she will have beat the system , live free and get healthy , just don't go after the private Joe citizens to get sent in . Kind of like our new retirement proposal here in the Great White North , the government can't afford to house , feed and provide proper care for our seniors so the proposal is to give everyone a gun and 4 bullets when they hit 65 to shoot a politician , lawyer or senior civil servant { you know the real disposable parasites in society } and voila the government will feed house and provide care for them , heck some of our prisons have golf courses and tennis courts .
