Adding factory A/C to 225 Demon?

Hello,

I am considering adding factory air to my '71 Demon. I prefer a stock look, so I don't want to use an aftermarket kit. I have an A/C heater box and factory harness ready to go, but I have a few questions:

1. Can anyone provide a template for the necessary firewall cutouts?
2. Does the bulkhead connector have to be relocated?
3. Are there any issues in performing this modification that I should be aware of?

There is/was a piece of firewall mailed from one member to another for this purpose.
I cant say for sure what works in other A-body is correct for Duster/Demon.
That is about the only way to get it right since there are several differences.
Bulkhead connector location isn't an issue.
You do know the inst' bezel is different too, right ?
Then there is a water control valve, vacuum reservoir, and radiator fan shroud required. Good luck

Thanks for the reply. As for the bezel, I assume you mean the one directly above the radio, right? I am aware of that, and do have the correct part.

Dammit guys I wish I'd known about this. I just "tossed" a Demon body, could've just as well whacked a Great Big chuck out of the wall

I had assumed a 70 Demon had a rally bezel. If you're piecing a rally bezel together it's just the climate controller area of it. If its a standard dash the climate controller has a separate bezel.
