Advice needed with scat i beam rods

Hi all im just looking for some advice as i have the 273 commando engine stripped and getting ready to be machined. Ive purchased some scat i beam 4340 rods and i was wanting to know is there any particular way in installing these rods from one bank 1,3,5,7 to 2,4,6,8.Thanks in advance!
 
one side of the rod has a larger bevel to clear the radius on the crank.....it goes against the crank...

not sure bevel is the right word...brain fart
 
Oil squirter hole between the caps points towards the camshaft.

Most aftermarket rods don't have that hole anymore, nor do the rod bearing sets. It's always best to figure the chamfered side of the rod faces the fillet. You will never have them backwards like that, regardless of the rod used.
 
Scat I-beams do not have oil holes like stock rods. Tapered end goes toward crank radius other than that just bolt them in.
